Delete your account and data
You can delete your GateHello account and your data at any time.
In the app (fastest)
Open GateHello, go to Settings, and tap "Delete account". Your account and its data are removed straight away: profile, check-ins, introductions, answers, blocks and reports you made, and your notification token. You can first tap "Download my data" to keep a copy.
If you only used the website
Write to [email protected] from the email address you used to sign up and ask us to delete your data. We will delete your sign-up, the offers made from it and any messages you sent us, and confirm by email within one month.
What we keep, and for how long
Copies of our database are kept for 14 days for recovery, so deleted data disappears from them within 14 days. We may keep what the law requires us to keep. Nothing else is kept after deletion.
